• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, and interaction logs to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
• To track learning progress, generate reports, and personalize content.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.
• To send progress reports to parents and teachers (where applicable).
• To provide AI-powered coaching and respond to support requests.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Service is designed for students in grades 8–12 and is directed to children under 13 in some cases. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide the educational Service. For users under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information. Parents may review, delete, or request that we stop collecting their child's information at any time by contacting us at support@geometry-academy.com.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing (billing data only).
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: To host and deliver the Service.
• AI Service Providers: To power the AI Coach feature (conversation data only, not stored long-term by the provider).

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of such a request, except where retention is required by law.

Geometry Mastery Academy has made best efforts to ensure accurate information and answers throughout the app, including lessons, quizzes, vocabulary definitions, SAT/ACT prep materials, real-world scenarios, and AI Coach responses. However, given the nature of educational content and the possibility of alternate solution methods, we cannot guarantee that every answer is free from error or that all approaches align with every authority's methodology.
