Subscription Terms
Prices are in US dollars (USD); applicable sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your location. Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe on our website and renew automatically on your renewal date — cancel before then to avoid the next charge. You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on our website. Purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or teacher.
Unlimited features & fair use: "Unlimited" features apply while your subscription is active and are intended for individual study. We reserve the right to limit automated use, account sharing, or other abusive patterns.
Refunds: Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee for light use (first purchase only, one per household; see the usage limits). If your annual plan auto-renews and you haven't used the app since, contact us within 72 hours for a full refund. We'll email you at least 7 days before each annual renewal. Weekly and monthly plans are non-refundable once charged but can be cancelled anytime, with access through the paid period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
* Live Tutoring: Live tutoring sessions are billed separately at a per-half-hour rate and are not included in any subscription plan. Sessions are non-refundable once delivered, but you may reschedule or receive a full refund if we cancel or you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
