1. Description of Service

Geometry Mastery Academy is an educational platform providing interactive geometry lessons, vocabulary tools, SAT/ACT preparation, AI-powered coaching, live tutoring, and progress tracking for students, parents, and teachers.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Student Plan: $4.99/week, $14.99/month, or $99/year
• Family Plan (up to 3 students): $24.99/month or $169/year
• School/Teacher Plan: $349/year per teacher

Annual plans are discounted versus paying monthly. Weekly billing is available for the Student plan. All prices are in US dollars (USD); applicable sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your location. See our Pricing page for current rates.

Consent at checkout. By completing checkout you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, and you acknowledge that your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. We retain a record of this consent and your usage logs, which serve as evidence in any payment dispute.

Regional consumer rights. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, those rights may apply to your purchase. Because the Service is delivered digitally and you access it immediately, requesting a refund after you have begun using the Service may be treated as a waiver of any statutory withdrawal window to the extent permitted by law; our Refund Policy still applies.

3. Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on your renewal date (weekly, monthly, or annually). Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge — there is no required notice period beyond the renewal date itself. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting us at support@geometryacademy.com. For annual plans, we will email you at least 7 days before each renewal.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• For users under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.

5. Acceptable Use & Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others outside your household or classroom.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Service without permission.

Fair use of "unlimited" features. Features described as "unlimited" (including AI Coach) are intended for normal, individual study and apply while your subscription is active. We reserve the right to limit automated use, account sharing, or other abusive patterns that would drive disproportionate cost.

Who may purchase. Purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, teacher, or school. Students under 18 may not purchase a subscription with a parent's or guardian's payment method without their permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including lessons, quizzes, graphics, and software, is owned by Geometry Mastery Academy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any student's academic performance. Educational outcomes vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geometry Mastery Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will stop future renewals; any refund for the current period is governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
